Is Be12 EXIM really free?
Yes. The export dashboard is free for Indian exporters during launch, with no card needed. If we add paid extras later, everything you use today stays free on your account.
Who is it for?
First-time exporters, merchant exporters, manufacturers, FPOs, startups and export consultants who ship from India to any country and are tired of tracking orders in Excel and WhatsApp.
Does it file my shipping bill or eBRC?
No. Filing stays on the official portals (ICEGATE, DGFT, GST) or with your CHA. Be12 EXIM tracks what is filed, what is pending, and when each deadline falls, with direct links to each portal.
Which documents can I generate?
Proforma invoice / quotation, commercial invoice (with the LUT declaration), packing list and shipping instructions for your forwarder or CHA. They use your company profile and shipment data, and print to PDF.
How does the document checklist work?
When you create a shipment, we build a checklist from the product type (for example agri, food, pharma or chemicals), mode (sea, air, courier), payment terms and Incoterm. You tick items, attach files and add your own.
Will it remind me about FEMA realisation and RoDTEP deadlines?
Yes. Each shipment shows its 9-month realisation date from the LEO date, eBRC status and the one-year RoDTEP claim window. A morning email lists anything due within 14 days.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in your private account, is never sold, and you can export or erase it any time under India’s DPDP Act. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder.
Can I use it for imports too?
The dashboard is built for exports first. Many importers still use it for supplier tracking, payments and documents; dedicated import features are on the roadmap.
